Get ready for ten unmissable days of FREE events celebrating Norfolk’s history and culture.
Heritage Open Days offers everyone the opportunity to explore heritage sites, discover some hidden gems not normally open to the public and learn more about the cultural heritage in our communities. The theme for this year’s festival is Edible England so alongside tours and open days expect food related events and activities.
Events explore the customs and quirks that have developed around what we eat and drink, as well as the fascinating history of some of our regional and national specialities. Festival events will also include a hybrid of in-person and online events, which will reflect current government guidelines to keep visitors and organisers safe.
We hope you have a wonderful festival and enjoy making plenty of fascinating discoveries about Norfolk’s rich history and heritage!
